The method inside: The 4R Reset
Everything in The Real Reset follows the same four-step sequence, in this order, every time.
Recognise: Name what's actually happening. Not just the feeling on the surface. The thought underneath it, the body response, the story that's running. You can't change what you can't see.
Reinforce: Regulate first. Validate what's real. A dysregulated nervous system cannot take in new information. This step does what most personal development skips entirely: it genuinely validates what you've been through. You are not broken. You just adapted.
Rewrite: Find a more accurate story. Not toxic positivity. Not fake affirmations. A thought that holds more of the truth than the old one did, be honest about what you've been through and open to what's possible now.
Reveal: Prove it in real life. Belief doesn't come first. Evidence does. Every time you behave in a way that's consistent with your new truth, you're collecting proof. And proof builds belief. That's how the brain actually updates.
