- Believe in your potential for growth. Don’t limit yourself based on current skills or experience.
- Be patient with yourself. Change takes time. Stick with difficult tasks even when progress feels slow.

- Make time for self-reflection. Identify lessons from both successes and setbacks.
- Focus on controllable factors. Let go of outcomes you can’t control and direct energy into your efforts.
